Our A/C went out late Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. I didn't know if our usual A/C service Bloomingdale Air would be taking emergency calls but I called and left a msg. Past experiences with other A/C companies had been poor and we decided that if Bill from Bloomingdale Air didn't respond we would wait until Tuesday when he would be working. He called back promptly and asked what was going on. He said to make sure the A/C was off and he would be at our home in 20 minutes. He responded within that time frame, replaced the parts on the A/C and explained how it had probably happened. He said to call him anytime even on a holiday weekend. We expected a higher than normal bill as it was a holiday but he just charged his normal rate. We have been using Bloomingdale Air for about 8 years and found them to be an honest, knowledgeable and fairly priced company.They will take the time to answer any questions you may have and they don't do unnecessary work. I wouldn't use anyone else.
