I am updating my review of Bloomingdale Air. Previously I had some difficulty in connecting with Bill (the owner) and Bloomingdale Air. Now that I have had the opportunity to have Bill service and troubleshoot my A/C on more than one occasion, I would not want to have anyone work on my A/C besides Bloomingdale Air. Bill is a super, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He takes the time to explain what he is going and what the results of his testing of the system mean in layman's terms. He is very prompt and will keep you informed if he is running behind. I am extremely pleased with Bloomingdale Air and highly recommend them. Bill is Awesome.
