Over the weekend my air conditioner decided to stop working. I called around and spoke to a few different companies but just wasn't getting the help I was expecting. I called Bloomingdale Air and didn't get a hold of anyone. However, it was late and on a weekend. I left a message, and I was surprised to get a call back within 15 minutes. Bill was able to accommodate my schedule, and he arrived on time. While troubleshooting my system, he explained a lot about my system, he found the problem and gave me a couple of options. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell anything and he talked to me like I was family. Bill was very professional, and I'll continue to use these guys from now on.
