Excellent Service! I called after 5pm. Told someone would come out next morning after 9am., but would call first. Serviceman called; showed up on time, explained in words I could understand what was needed; quoted a price; explained our warranty; went for part needed and called to let me know he was returning within time designated. The whole time, I was never frustrated or worried as I was walked thru the service given. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. signed; the wife.
