“I was having issues with another company that installed my unit and where my warranty was under, they would never show up on time for an appointment and in three cases just blew me off in two cases showed up 2 days later. My issue lasted around 20 days until with the other company until I called Bloomingdale Air, David showed up right when he said he would be there and diagnosed 4-5 issues and the main issue with my air system in under 30 minutes and had my system working again in short order. David also found a Major issue where the company reused the float switch from an old system they were supposed to replace where 1 it was not wired and 2 it was faulty when he connected so he replaced that which will prevent an overflow of drainage. A++++++++++++++ service and knowledge. Would recommend anyone having any issue with their AC to call Bloomingdale Air right away to get it fixed right the first time. They have earned a customer for life.”

“I originally made a service call because I was having problems with my old HVAC. I didn’t tell them, but I thought it was on its last legs. They confirmed it. I was surprised at how much time they took to answer my questions and explain the problem during the service call. They weren’t in any hurry to leave until I was satisfied. So, I had them install a new American Standard dual fan speed unit. The installer was experienced and very methodical when he removed the inside and outside units and installed the new units. He also had to enlarge the concrete pad for the outside unit. Bloomingdale Air is going paperless. For normal service calls they only accept credit cards, which they swipe into their tablets. For new installs such as mine, they’ll accept credit cards, but will give you a discount if you pay by check. (I hope I have this policy correct.) In short: Professional and very customer oriented.”

“Over the weekend my air conditioner decided to stop working. I called around and spoke to a few different companies but just wasn’t getting the help I was expecting. I called Bloomingdale Air and didn’t get a hold of anyone. However, it was late and on a weekend. I left a message, and I was surprised to get a call back within 15 minutes. Bill was able to accommodate my schedule, and he arrived on time. While troubleshooting my system, he explained a lot about my system, he found the problem and gave me a couple of options. “I walked into a puddle of water when I returned from work. I called four different companies before finally connecting with Bloomingdale Air. All other companies had went home for the day and wouldn’t be able to assist me until the following day but when I reached Megan she said she would have a technician call me back as soon as possible. Dave called me 5 minutes later and arrived 15 minutes later. It was very obvious he came straight from a job where he had been in an attic (he was drenched). He was professional and very detailed in explaining everything he was doing. Not only did he do a great job explaining and fixing but he also made recommendations without pressure. “Bloomingdale Air means integrity, knowledge and service at competitive prices! In Florida it is never pleasant to be without air conditioning. However, when experiencing those unpleasant life events, we would not consider using any other HVAC service company than Bloomingdale Air! We have been customers with Bloomingdale Air for the past 15+ years. Recently, we had to retire one of our systems after 16-years of almost continuous use. I had assumed that Bloomingdale Air would simply read the information off of the existing unit, price and install. I could not have been more wrong. Combined with a superb installation, a competitive price, what more could one expect! After the new system had been installed Bloomingdale Air advised us to monitor our power usage. The efficiency that we realized in our new system was a very pleasant surprise! We had one month where our electric bill was less than $80 which was less than half for that time of the year.
